Potassium Osmyl Bromide, K₂(OsO₂)Br₄

Potassium Osmyl Bromide, K₂(OsO₂)Br₄.2H₂O, has been obtained in the hydrated condition only, and is isomorphous with the corresponding hydrated chloride. Ammonium Osmyl Bromide, (NH₄)₂OsO₂. Br₄, has likewise been prepared, but no Iodo Derivatives have as yet been isolated.
