Osmium Ionization Energy

The Osmium Ionization Energy is the energy required to remove from atom one mole of electrons with subsequent production of positively charged ion of Osmium.
Os -> Os+ + e-
This process can be repeated many times, but the energy cost is increased dramatically. The general equation for the Osmium is:
OsN+ -> Os(N+1)+ + e-

Ionization Energy

Os -> Os1+ = 840 kJ/mol = 200.96 Kcal/mol
\nOs1+ -> Os2+ = 1600 kJ/mol = 382.78 Kcal/mol
\nOs2+ -> Os3+ = 2400 kJ/mol = 574.16 Kcal/mol
\nOs3+ -> Os4+ = 3900 kJ/mol = 933.01 Kcal/mol
\nOs4+ -> Os5+ = 5200 kJ/mol = 1244.02 Kcal/mol
\nOs5+ -> Os6+ = 6600 kJ/mol = 1578.95 Kcal/mol
\nOs6+ -> Os7+ = 8100 kJ/mol = 1937.80 Kcal/mol
\nOs7+ -> Os8+ = 9500 kJ/mol = 2272.73 Kcal/mol
